− De grab komt er niet en taxi van het verblijf wordt veel te duur aangeboden. Verder is er weinig te doen in de omgeving.

+ Personnel aux petits soins, belle chambre, hôtel magnifique, vue imprenable sur l’océan, très bon restaurant aussi

− Seul bémol, les murs ne sont pas insonorisés donc il y a eu beaucoup de bruit le matin (coqs, personnes qui discutent etc.)

+ Magnifique endroit pour passer des vacances reposantes.

− L’hôtel est neuf et il y a encore quelques ajustements à réaliser comme la quantité dans certains plats proposés (pourtant assez chers par rapport aux prix dans les restaurants alentours) ou le fait de ne pas pouvoir payer par carte bancaire à la fin du séjour

+ Unexpected gem in the wild Brilliant, refined, reserved, I recommend it SO much. We are a family traveling with a 3 years old, and we couldn’t wish for a better place to stay for a couple of nights during our travel. Highlights: - design&quality Every detail is taken care of with outstanding taste and precision. From nice bedsheets to high-quality wine glasses, altogether aesthetics and treasured wild touch - they don’t miss a beat. - privacy It’s a gem in the wild - rough sea side, salt production facility, jungle that surrounds the tents, chickens in the morning, and that’s it. - staff Every person we’ve had a pleasure to meet was exceptional. Warm, caring, great in what they do. - food Oh my the food. We’ve enjoyed it so much. Please don’t look further, that restaurant has everything we might wish for, with simple yet refined cuisine. We went on fishing trip on sunrise, and I strongly recommend the experience, the hotel arranged everything for us and it was brilliant.

Bonito entorno, mejorable en los detalles

+ La ubicación frente al mar es preciosa y muy agradable. Además, la comida estaba muy buena y fue uno de los puntos fuertes de la estancia.

− Tuvimos que esperar unos 45 minutos después de la hora de check-in porque la tienda aún no estaba lista. Cuando nos avisaron de que ya podíamos entrar, tuvimos que esperar otros 10 minutos mientras terminaban de reparar la cremallera de la tienda. Además, encontramos pelos en la cama y salpicaduras de pasta de dientes en las paredes del baño, por lo que la limpieza podría mejorar.

One of a kind boutique hotel!

+ Het super vriendelijke personeel. De ligging, de superleuke accomodatie en het lekkere eten.

− Accomodatie heeft nog wat opstart uitdagingen (bv iets sneller de lege drankjes ophalen bij het zwembad gedeelte enz) maar dat is wel door de vingers te zien.

Exceptional

+ The hotel is very nice! It is located very far from everything, and would be perfect for those who seek quiet and peace. If you are in Amed area, it is a great option to stay for a couple of nights. The bed was super cozy! The staff was really helpful and attentive. Iluh, Elsa, and everyone who works at Vela, you are great! Thank you!

− The breakfast could be more diverse, but it is not a big problem. =)

Amazing stay thank you!

+ This accommodation is a little piece of paradise!! The tents are luxurious, the food is great (and the coffee as well) and we had the best sunset of our whole trip to Bali. It was such a welcome change to the more busy parts of the island. They also have a range of activities including diving and yoga but we mostly hung out at the pool which is straight next to beach. The staff is so nice and really goes the extra mile. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

Paradise!

+ This is something else from the busy Bali. We were looking for an escape from business to peace and quiet and we have found it. It was perfect. Everything we needed was right here, amazing food, super friendly staff and plenty of activities. We personally did a dive and the fishing tour and it was so much fun. An amazing experience to eat delicious grilled fish straight from the ocean. The beach and ocean view was also spectacular. We fell asleep listening to the sea and woke up looking at it. We enjoyed the sea view again for the gorgeous sunsets with a delicious cocktail. Honestly we hardly left the grounds. Thanks to the staff for everything (especially the first good coffee we had in Indonesia ;))
