Great location, breakfast & building.
+ Location was excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. Receptionists were very helpful. The building is in the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good. Noise cancellation in the windows was remarkably effective.
− We had to check out 2 nights earlier after changing our return flights home, but we were not granted a partial refund, they claimed our reservation was non refundable even though our reservation was free cancellation and we should be eligible for a partial refund due to our 2 nights earlier departure, but we weren’t expecting that and had to leave anyway. It didn’t upset us because we didn’t expect to get a free partial cancellation after our check in date.
