دلپذیر
+ Staff were great, very helpful and great with the kids. The room size was good and had the facilities needed.
− Pool was tired with lots of loose tiles, balconies faced a building site with nothing to sit on outside.

Great value for money service apartment at Langsuan road
+ -location -room size -value for money
− front desk wasn’t as warm as the “Thai standard” they can maybe start a tuktuk service to the end of the road/bts station.

A comfortable, well-situated hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
+ The room and public areas are clean and comfortable. Staff, especially Mr Pu and Peter, are very helpful and I much appreciated their assistance and kindness.
− The restaurant is fair, but often did not have the menu items available which led to limited choices for dinner.

The staff need to be able to make decisions based on customer experience rather than the rules!!
+ موقعیت مکانی
− We were on the 22nd floor and only one lift was in service, so getting to and from the room took a lot of time A letter was put under my door letting me know I would be charged 500 baht for a dirty towel that was stained with hair dye.. I have grey hair 🧐 When I spoke with the customer service team they said there was nothing they could do ? Unfortunately my return flight was delayed by hours when I asked to extend my stay by an extra night ( after staying 9 nights and agreeing to a late check out on booking) I was told that the cost for the extra night was be double the nightly rate for the entire stay??? Not sure how that is customer service

Overall a great stay, with a huge shoutout to the staff for being so helpful!
+ Great location—it's conveniently close to commercial areas and the BTS station without feeling too busy. I really enjoyed how spacious the room was, though a slightly larger bedroom would have been nice. The staff were super helpful throughout our stay!
− The Wi-Fi needs improvement. Disconnections happened often, and fixing the connection usually required contacting reception.

بسیار عالی
− The showers were very poor. The shower heads needed cleaning or replacing. Although there was good pressure at the taps the flow they provided was not acceptable.
