− Everything. The advertised at the photo is not the same when I reached the property. I made a complaint and ask the property for refund they are not very cooperative. I raise a complaint in booking.com but instead they are the one who should help me out. They didn't progress anything related to my case. I spoke with their customer service 5X and none of them elevated my case even they have promised they will. At the end they just sent an email saying that the property did not agree for refund which is very unfair. I didn't stay as the property did not satisfy what I saw - smelly room, pillow, bedsheet, doors are just pulled as partitioned - very far from what is in photo. property even told booking,com that I was asking for studio while I didn't - I am very clear with what I booked - they have lied to avoid the refund and until now Im still trying to get the money I paid. Hopefully booking.com can read this and do something about it.
