+ The room was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The furniture is new, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The nearest beach is only a five-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. At one point a huge bug got into my room, and I was too scared to deal with it myself, but the reception staff helped me quickly. All entertainment and activities are within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient.
− Things I didn’t like: there is a school nearby, and every weekday around 7–8 a.m. teachers and students started singing very loudly using a microphone. This lasted about 15 minutes, and of course it wakes you up. My room was on the third floor with no elevator. It was very difficult to carry my suitcase upstairs at first, although later I got used to it — it turned into some unexpected daily exercise. During cleaning, all my personal items were simply thrown together into one basket, even though I had arranged them very neatly on the table. They also provided only one clean towel after cleaning. It would have been nice to have at least two — a small one and a large one. At check-in they asked for a 3000 baht deposit, although this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking. Also, Patong Beach itself is not the best — the sea there is quite dirty.

+ Only 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to restaurants . Although it's near a very busy road, you aren't disturbed at all by noise.
− No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up ( there are 4 or 5 floors) to your room.

+ It is at the centre of Patong area, Bangla road is just few minutes walk from the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants close by as well. The staff are nice and welcoming and help you with all the things you need.
