Great place with many program posibilities and lots of cats

+ Wonderful park area, lots of pools, some buildings are brand new looking, many fitness programmes, amazing night entertainment and very kind staff, also fantastic choice of food

− Pools are cold and no steps to go in only leather to climb. My 75 years old mama was not able to use the pools because of that although she is a great swimmer.

+ We had a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable and clean, the food were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, fresh, and beyond our expectations. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The service was exceptional, and the whole atmosphere felt warm and family-friendly. A very special thank you to Ms. Ebru Tufenk for her outstanding hospitality, kindness, and continuous support. She was always there to help us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back again!

Second trip this year. It was so good, we’re considering a 3rd!

+ The lagoon suite is awesome! The pool right outside of the balcony makes you feel like a rockstar. The food / buffet has a great variety. The aqua park for the kids is everything to keep them entertained. And you have the choice for spa / gym / fun stuff throughout your stay. Second time visiting. Might come back for a third!

− Guys please, upgrade your body wash in the showers. It’s like a hand soap dispenser. It’s honestly very cheap and shocking. You need to have shampoo, body wash AND conditioner in every room. I have no other complaints but this one is outdated and cheap, so it’s time to upgrade.

Coming with kids? They will be treated like royalty

+ Looking for a perfect place to stay with kids? You have found it! Three years in a row we are coming here and only here. Even when all rooms are full you will never feel crowded like in other places. Thanks to well designed crowd management you will never see endless lines at the restaurant. As a family with a 3.5 y.o. daughter, we love the kids' restaurant where all the counters are made for toddlers to take all their food themselves that adds seriousness to their choices and helps them feel valued. All the loud shows are held at amphitheater so you will not have problems with noise in your room. By the moment you enter the hotel, you dissolve in the atmosphere of vacation. Give your kids to the club and chill at the pool bar? Done. Jump and slide at water park together with kids? Done. Want to go to the beach? White sand and calm sea are at your service. It literally feels like the hotel takes all your problems away for you just to relax. And special thanks to Mr. Ulaş Yaman who supported us at every stage of our holiday! It is not a farewell, it is a "see you soon" MasMavi!

+ It is our second time going there. We like it a lot, they offer a lot of sport offers included in their packages, there are many pools which you can use based on what you like, the staff is really attentive, the whole atmosphere is calm and very relaxing (we stayed both times in the village rooms).

+ Actually TUI Masmavi exceeded my expectations, i thought I'd have a good time like my previous stay in MAGIC LIFE Belek but it was a surprise! From the gate, parking lot, reception, staff, wifi speed and coverage, safety.. Etc almost perfect. What i liked the most is my split AC so no one can shuts it down during the night. They have Adults Only dining area, Adults bar, and pools which is always a + for me.

− I know it is a huge resort with plenty of staff and guests but the dishes man, they should wash it properly. Main restaurant's floor is slippery too. Food variety is just average. My overall experience is 9/10 it was a pleasant short stay and i will definitely consider visiting again!
