very bad
+ nothin
− I booked with them two days before arrival, yet they made me wait and insisted on a room deposit. Then, they came up with all sorts of excuses to avoid returning it—claiming the bed was dirty. Beds naturally get dirty and can be cleaned, but they wanted to charge me 3,000 Baht just because of a dirty bed. Is that reasonable?

Cozy and pleasant..
+ I had a pleasant stay at Tuana Hotels The Nature Resort. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and good value for money. I would happily stay here again.
− It would be great if the hotel could provide complimentary amenities such as slippers and dental kits to enhance the guest experience.

Thank God it was short
+ Rooms and pool
− The registration at reception was slow with manual paperwork. The cash security deposit was too much. The cash payment was headache. The a/c units behind each room were making too much noise, hard to sleep at night. Flys & mosquitoes would come in the room as soon as room door open. I find a small lizard in my room. Please refund a portion of what I paid

Do not stay here if unless you want the worst customer service ever
+ Good location
− The staff were very very rude. As soon as I checked in they were rude and made me pay in cash although I had already paid through booking.com. Seemed very scammy. And they got aggressive immediately and told me it wasn’t their problem. A male staff member also unlocked our door and walked into our room without knocking or without asking to come in. Mind you we were 3 young women staying in our room and we could’ve been getting changed or in the shower. And when he walked in he didn’t even say what he was doing he just walked in with no words and took one of our clean towels and gave us back a dirty one. When I told the manager she did not even apologise and just told me I should have the do not disturb sign on. I felt very unsafe.

Perfect
+ The cleanliness is superb, the staff is very, very nice, polite, and friendly. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much to the staff. The atmosphere is very nice, surrounded by nature. I recommend it.
− I guess there were no pool rules. Guests were entering the pool in all sorts of clothes and making a lot of noise.
