+ Location is great, right in the heart of the booming city. Staff is always ready to help and guide you, if you specifically ask for guidance.
− Food could be better, although the dining facility itself is positioned very well on the top floor, with a comfortable terrace. Rooms need some repair and cleaning. No elevators. But it's very likely related to the historical nature of the building, not the negligence of the hotel management.

− Unfortunately, our stay was quite noisy. There was a restaurant/bar directly below our room that played very loud music with heavy bass until around 2 a.m. The loud music, along with people laughing and talking loudly, made it very difficult to sleep. The windows were old and not double-glazed, so unfortunately, they did very little to block out the noise. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and respectful, but when we raised the issue, they could only apologize and explain that the noise was beyond their control. We stayed for two nights, and sadly, the one thing we didn’t get was peace and quiet. This was a major downside to our stay.

Good stay in Trabzon Meydan
+ The location of the hotel is in the meydan , everything is around, restaurants, cafes, markets etc.. Also the hotel is 20 minutes from the airport, Very suitable for families Breakfast was average good
− The hotel has no elevators which is for me not a problem but I think it may be a problem for some people. The room was old and the facilities were not perfect status

+ The location was amazing, and everything was close by since the hotel is right in the middle of the Meydan. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially with carrying our luggage upstairs and downstairs. They were also very accommodating with breakfast and were happy to prepare something special when we asked.
− There is no elevator but the staff helps out to carry the luggage.
