− When my husband arrived at the property, the room that the staff said was available was a room without a private bathroom. Since this did not meet our expectation and booking, the staff advised my husband to request a cancellation and assured him that the cancellation would be approved. However, we have not received any response from the property regarding our messages or refund request. We would greatly appreciate it if someone could look into this matter and provide us with an update regarding the refund. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

+ Had a very bad experience, room is completely different than pictures, this room has bunk beds like dorm with no toilet, shared. No privacy, later night someone came to our room to take the lamp
