Terrible, I would recommend staying there.

The location truly is in the middle of everything at Patong Beach.

The location put you in the middle of a noisy, late-night-clubbing street. The property gave us rooms that had windows open to another corridor so we were annoyed by loud tenants who would come back to the hotel at midnight, 2am, 4am, 6am and they would keep us up. The rooms we okay for the price we paid but the show facilities had dirty towels with old stains, the piping were rusty, we had a leakage from the water pipe leading to the toilet after only one night even though we paid for 6 nights, hence, we booked another hotel just the next morning. The restaurant at the hotel serves Halal food, which was important for us, but the staff were extra annoying with acting like they know what we should order for two people and that it was a normal price for Phuket, 1800 Bhat for a dinner that wasn’t enough and wasn’t that good is a scam.

It's a nice place and well located near to the most visit places in Patong and just next to the Muay Thai Boxing Stadium, a big Mall Center and in opposite to the Market.

I think they could refurbish and update the bathroom, also I realized the price of the room was cheaper on the day of arrival than when I booked it lol, but that's ok.

The walls sheets bedding and towels were dirty at arrival. The room was dates. No privacy. Staff were rude the bathroom had mold , I had to change rooms. Still mold. The staff banged on my door at midnight and entered my room without permission while I was gone.

Affordable Hotel in Phuket, convenient location easy walk to beach or take tuk-tuk or taxi cab

Tiger Complex Hotel is right next to the Muay Thai Boxing Area and a very large, modern Jungceylon Mall with numerous stores, restaurants, a movie complex, and nearby Bangla Road walking street, which leads to the beach, as well as Sansabai Road, filled with shops, restaurants, and massage shops. My room, 401, was very large, on the corner of the building. Air conditioning worked great. Private in-room bathroom, hot water, and a large Jacuzzi tub. Housekeeping staff is great, with daily service. Friendly front desk staff. Online photos of the hotel are accurate.

Please consider installing one or two steps, or a short ladder, and wall-mounted handrails to make it easier to enter and exit the elevated Jacuzzi.

Great, whimsical place — ridiculous papier-mache tigers everywhere, and huge rooms

For the money, I was simply stunned. The tiger theme was whimsical and well-done, the room was freakin’ huge, the staff was very helpful. There was a big mall next door and it was easy walking distance to Bangla Road and to the beach, but far enough away to be quiet.

Well, Patong just sucks. Not the hotel’s fault, of course.
