+ Great location and the breakfast staff and food was great.

− We had 3 rooms. One day 2 of our stay NONE of our rooms were serviced. In day 1 I went it use the Nescafé coffee maker and there were at least 12-15 old used pods in the maker leading me to believe that it had not been cleaned at all in a very long time. It was disgusting. Also one of our 3 rooms had 3 robes, 1 had 2 the first day then none until I called the front desk to ask that they replace them and room 3 never had any robes and no shower gel the entire stay. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to call the front desk to ask for more. For the price paid, I found all of this unacceptable. Also, this is random but in day 4 of our stay my shorts somehow showed up in another room. Finally, the interior space of the terrace room was extremely small as was the bathroom. Balcony room was a great size.

A wonderful hotel, tastefully decorated, wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast from there roof top restaurant!

Overnight stay, should have been longer - lovely hotel

+ The staff, absolutely amazing, right from check-in, to the team at breakfast, to check-out. The hotel is a literally a hidden gem, very well designed, lovely rooms, excellent toiletries, and tasteful room decor. The breakfast is absolutely to die for, freshly made for each guest - its not a breakfast, but a breakfast platter, and the view is amazing. It is located in a busy area, however the rooms were quiet, and it is a stone's throw away from Istiglal Street and lots of shopping and restaurants - the beating heart of Istanbul. I would give this hotel an 11 if I could, and will definitely be back.

A dream stay in the center of Pera Istanbul. Room on floor 5 with terrace is a dream.

+ Great new boutique hotel in Pera Istanbul. Majority of historic part possible to reach by walking. Very kind staff. Nicely fitted out room with terrace. A dream of a room.

Nice hotel in a convenient location for shopping and sightseeing.

− Room was a bit on the small side and the outdoor space of the room wasn’t really usable because it was so small.

Lovely stay great staff at the reception and the dining area! The area is very close to very hot spot.

+ Staff breakfast with a view at the top of the hotel. Room noice cancelation.

− Cleanliness is not top notch but is still good enough. My hair falls a lot and I notice it’s not very well cleaned up. Sheets were clean when I came, but it looks like they don’t change it during my stay. Overall cleanliness is decent.

Would come back!

+ The location was amazing and even though it was central it wasn’t loud. The room was clean, spacious enough and regularly cleaned. I really loved the breakfast at the 8th floor terrace. All staff was kind and helpful, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport with a fixed price. Big thanks to Deniz who was absolutely the best!

− The gym is small and with basic equipment, but more than enough for a quick workout. After all we were not there for a sports competition.

+ I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. It was well maintained and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the difference, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. I had requested a room on a high floor, and they thoughtfully took my request into account by assigning me a room on the 6th floor. The room was indeed very quiet, which allowed me to sleep extremely well. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
