+ The receptionist named 'Nodirbek' was very professional and capable . He kindly explained every question from me. I appreciate his good works! Thank you. And plus, I liked the room very much and the lobby, too. You can order beverages in the lobby and rest there. l used a massage machine 😃which is in front of the elevators . This hotel is a good choice for your Tashkent stay.

+ My go to hotel when I'm in transit in Uzbekistan. Location is perfect, close to the airport, but far enough so you're not listening to the planes (although it's literally 5 min away by car without traffic, no longer than 15 when it's somewhat jammed). It itself is on a quiet street, which is great for good night sleep, but only 5 min away by feet from vibrant Shota Rustaveli Street if you'd like to take a walk & get some city experience with least efforts. Stayed here 2 times & both have been a very pleasant experience. Communication during the preparation phase is fantastic - staff will answer all your questions quickly & clearly without missing a single detail, they address all your needs, concerns & additional requests & find the best solution for you & can literally organize anything you need the way you need it if it's reasonable. Service is very flexible based on your individual needs, they make it easy & you can travel with absolute peace of mind. Special thanks for that & this is my favorite part, what I value the most - when service is clients oriented. I always chose the room with balcony, sitting there in the evening looking at the city (especially if you're on a higher floor) is beautiful.

− When you're in the room next to the restaurant, you can hear everything that's going there quite clearly, so if you're a sensitive sleeper as myself, it can become a problem.

+ Had an amazing stay at this property. Location is in the middle of the city, easy to reach any location and city center. Staff were very helpful, especially Adham and Asad from reception are very friendly and professional. Rooms are big and room service is available 24/7 There is a high end resto-bar on the roof which is an addition to this place. Other famous local and international restaurants are nearby

− We had already stayed at The Tower Hotel two days earlier and, before leaving, personally booked a triple room with the administrator for our return, clearly warning that we would arrive after 10 PM. When we arrived late at night after a long trip, the room was prepared for only two guests. After multiple requests, the staff finally prepared a third bed - only for us to discover it was broken. Another hour was wasted preparing a different room. After moving rooms, there was still no third blanket, the beds were not properly prepared, and we had to wait again for staff to fix everything. In total, almost 2.5 hours were wasted just trying to check into a pre-booked room. The next morning it turned out there was no hot water either, so we were unable to even take a shower before leaving the hotel. Complete disorganization, terrible service, and total indifference toward guests.

The bottom line is it was good decision to stay at The Tower Hotel.

+ Breakfast and dinner was excellent 👍 The cheaf prepared us so delicious meal! Me and my husband loved the meals that prepared cheaf very much!

− Cleaner forgot to put slippers and towels
