Horrible experience.
+ I liked only its name.
− 1. The room had bed bugs. 2. Wifi was not working. 3. Narrow bathroom. 4. Torn bathroom towel. 5. No space in the room. 6. No adequate privacy for the room. And many more.

Exceptional
+ We are very much impressed with this hotel and the service. My parents traveled from Tamil Nadu to Delhi, and they do not know Hindi. Even then, the staff took excellent care of them. Mr Sami personally picked them up from the railway station, which was a great help. He arranged food to be served in the hotel room and also suggested the best South Indian restaurants, which made my parents feel very comfortable. He also visited Delhi along with my family and helped them see some important places. Later, He dropped them at the airport. He even gave sweets to my family as a kind gesture and followed up with us until my parents safely reached Trichy airport. Throughout the entire journey, He treated my parents like her own family. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding and truly caring. Thank you so much Sami sir
