+ The St. Regis Doha is a truly beautiful hotel, but what makes it exceptional is the extraordinary people who bring it to life. True hospitality is about kindness, dignity, genuine human connection and making people feel valued. This wonderful team embodies all of these qualities. Roula is an absolutely exceptional leader. Her warmth, emotional intelligence, compassion and genuine commitment to people are remarkable. She demonstrates that great leadership is not about hierarchy or authority, but about creating a culture where care, dignity and humanity come first. She is a tremendous asset to this hotel and deserves the highest recognition. Okesh and the entire butler service team are simply phenomenal! WOW! Their kindness, thoughtfulness, attention to detail and genuine dedication are extraordinary. Okesh is an absolute star, and the entire team consistently demonstrates hospitality that feels personal, authentic and deeply human. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, but the people make it even more special. Rencie, Sadam, Abdul and Alina are wonderful human beings whose warmth, attentiveness, kindness and positive energy create an unforgettable experience. The entire beach team deserves enormous recognition. The housekeeping team is outstanding! Their dedication, consistency and exceptional attention to detail deserve to be celebrated. Too often, the people whose labour makes luxury possible remain unseen. Their contributions are invaluable and deeply appreciated. Mohammed from room service is another wonderful example of exceptional hospitality. His kindness, professionalism and thoughtful service have made a lasting impression. I also want to recognise Maria, the Spa Director, and the many other incredible colleagues whose names I have not captured but whose contributions make this hotel so special. The absolute stars of this experience are Roula, Okesh, the entire butler service team and the magnificent beach team.

Excellent stay but all day resturant closes at 10:30pm which we thought it is a bit early.

+ Room was very good. Breakfast first day was excellent but breakfast second day, we were told by one of the Marriott staff that there aren't enough spaces in the resturant and asked us to go somewhere else. However, when we told her that we would like to have breakfast in the main resturant and we were ready to wait, we were surprised to find empty tables. Also, we noticed some people came after us by they were not asked to go elsewhere. That was the only off putting matter during our stay.

+ Fantastic hotel from start to finish. The staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing, with great presentation and excellent coffee. The pool area and kids’ club were both fantastic, and we loved how close the restaurants were, with the hotel buggy available to take you there. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

+ Our stay was exceptional due to the immaculate property, pristine private beach, and top-tier breakfast options. The staff provided an incredible level of attentiveness, and the signature butler service added a wonderful, personalized touch. The convenient location also made exploring the city effortless.

− Given the premium nightly rate, it was disappointing that our luxury room did not feature a private balcony to enjoy the gulf air and views. For a 5-star beachside resort at this price point, private outdoor space feels like an expected feature. The room itself was lovely, but the lack of a balcony impacted the overall value.

This is a property where customer-oriented service isn't just a policy on paper. You feel it in every interaction. I arrived after an overnight journey, exhausted and hoping for a place to rest. Hamza went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in, which made an enormous difference after a long night of travel. He also personally helped me with breakfast, making sure I was comfortable and well looked after from the very first moment. His warmth, attentiveness, and proactive attitude are exactly what luxury hospitality should be. Hamza is a real asset to the St. Regis team, and I hope management recognizes his excellent work. The facilities are truly top level: elegant, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail reflecting the standard you'd expect from the St. Regis brand. It's rare to find a hotel where the quality of the property is matched by the quality of its people, but the St. Regis Doha achieves both. I loved every moment of my stay and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Doha. I'll definitely be returning.
