+ Overall, the hotel was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was even better than we expected. The staff worked incredibly hard at every food and beverage venue. The food was phenomenal—hats off to everyone involved. Everything was exceptionally clean, and we would like to thank the housekeeping team. There was one small exception, but it was not their fault. The aqua aerobics classes were fantastic, and the instructor was excellent. We hope the hotel values them financially as well, because it is rare to find someone so good at their job. Apart from our experience with the front desk, everything was perfect.

− We don’t like finding a bug (possibly a bedbug) in our bed. After we reported it discreetly, nothing happened, and no one wanted to come and take a look. My son waited in the room for two hours that evening, but nobody came. We had to spend the night in that room, expecting someone to come and disinfect it, as the young men at reception had promised. It was an unpleasant night, and I barely slept. The next day, which was our last day, they moved us to another room. Perhaps the reception staff were tired, because their manner was sometimes rather dismissive—or was it just because we had reported the problem? There is room for improvement in how complaints are handled and how guests are compensated. Our complaint was not handled well, and we expected more from a five-star hotel, even in Turkey. That said, I will not lower my rating, because everyone else did an excellent job and helped make our holiday so enjoyable.

Ondanks de vriendelijke service en de fijne kamers zullen we hier zeker niet voor een tweede keer naartoe gaan.

+ We hebben genoten van de ruime kamers, die bovendien erg goed werd schoongemaakt. Daarnaast was het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. De kinderanimatie (en met name animator Eda, die ontzettend vriendelijk was en waar ons zoontje graag naartoe ging) was een pluspunt.

− Helaas viel het eten erg tegen: er was weinig variatie (vooral heel weinig keuze voor kinderen) en het smaakte niet lekker, wat ook gold voor het ontbijt en de slechte koffie. Verder werd de minibar (frigo) op de kamer slecht bijgevuld en was het strand ronduit teleurstellend door de rotsen en het gebrek aan verzorging. Ook de lange rijen voor de strandshuttle en het mindere niveau van sommige hotelgasten vonden we jammer.

+ Een echte verborgen parel in Side, Antalya! Alles was perfect - zeer schoon hotel, super vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke en luxe Ultra All Inclusive. Mooie zwembaden en top sfeer. We hebben 9 nachten genoten!

+ Lækkert resort, rent og komfortabelt

− Betjeningen i især Green garden bar ved poolen var ekstrem langsomt og oplevede adskillige gange at skulle stå i lang kø for overhovedet at kunne få alm drikkevarer i løbet af sangen.
