We had a great stay at this hotel in Jimbaran! Everything was good, the hotel was clean, and the rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our only suggestion would be to offer a more varied breakfast menu. Since breakfast is à la carte, it would be great to have more options, including some European-style dishes, to suit different tastes.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service.

Comfortable stay, amazing staff, good location

Comfortable and spacious room, with generous-sized beds. Staff were amazing and very friendly in their interactions. Good location within walking distance of the beach and nice rooftop swimming pool to lounge and chill at.

מסעדה מצוינת עם ארוחות בוקר נהדרות, ואוכל מצוין במחירים סבירים ביתר היום.
ספא נהדר, ובריכה כיפית עם בר על הגג.
מקום נהדר למי שמחפש מלון באיכות טובה ומחיר ממש סביר בקרבת שדה התעופה.

החדר היה קצת קטן - אבל גודל סביר, ובמחיר נוח והוגן מאוד.

Beste Unterkunft auf meiner Reise! Tolles Zimmer, alles modern und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Toller Rooftop Pool mit Bar und alle Mitarbeitende waren sooo freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war das Beste auf der gesamten Reise!

Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Menschen, gerne wieder :)

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Hotel, super Ausstattung, Root Top Pool wo man den Garuda Wisnu sehen kann, komfortable große Betten und die Einrichtung ist sehr nice.

Lage ist okay nicht viel los, aber für uns (2 Tage) war es ok.

快適！空港近い！

オープンして数ヶ月ということもあって、とても綺麗でした。
プライベートプールのあるお部屋で、ソファやテレビは外でしたが9月後半の滞在では、夜であれば外でも問題ありませんでした。
屋上プールもスパも文句なしです。
隣にあるショップでお土産も買えてよかったです。
すれ違うスタッフの皆さんもみんな笑顔で挨拶してくれました。
2日目に出かけて戻ってくるとかわいいペンギンさんがいて、和みました。

A new hotel. Fairly close to the beach. Good breakfast. Warm and professional staff. Very close to the DPS airport.

The room was a bit small. The hotel lobby and rooms are open to the street, so there is some noise.
