A wonderful and comfortable stay in the heart of Patong

+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Family Stay – Glad We Chose This Hotel We had a wonderful family stay at The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa, Patong, and I'm really glad we chose this hotel for our Phuket holiday. We stayed in a Premier Deluxe Triple Room – Royal Wing (1 Queen + 1 Single) on the 5th floor. What we loved: - Very friendly and helpful staff – from reception to the doormen, everyone we met was pleasant and welcoming. - Spacious and clean room – comfortable beds, clean linen and plenty of space for the three of us. - Large bathroom & good water pressure – no complaints at all. - Nice balcony/pool view from our room. - Quiet at night – although Patong is a lively area, we did not have any problem with outside music in our 5th-floor room. I would personally request this floor again. - Excellent location – Jungceylon, Bangla Road, Patong Beach, restaurants, shops are all within comfortable walking distance. We hardly needed transport when staying around Patong. - The Royal Wing does involve a little more walking to/from the main lobby, but this didn't bother us at all. A very special touch ❤️ It was also my wife's birthday during our stay. When we first checked in, there was no decoration and we thought perhaps it had been forgotten as the hotel was very busy. The next day we were out the whole day, including Kathu and Phuket FantaSea, and when we returned that night, we found the bed beautifully decorated with flowers and a “Happy Birthday Rajwant Kaur” message. We really weren't expecting it by then, so it was a lovely surprise and a very thoughtful gesture from the hotel team. My wife was very happy and we genuinely appreciated the effort. One small observation: the beds are on a raised wooden platform, so you need to be a little careful when getting up, especially at night. It wasn't an issue for us and certainly didn't affect our stay. Overall, comfortable room, excellent location and genuinely friendly staff.

− A couple of small things to note / suggestions: - The beds in our room were on a raised wooden platform, so just be mindful when getting up during the night. - The Royal Wing is a little further from the main lobby, so there is some additional walking, although this was not an issue for us. - One suggestion for the future: As a vegetarian family, it would be helpful if the hotel website or booking options provided clearer information about vegetarian/vegan breakfast choices available at the hotel. We did not enquire about this during our stay, so this is not a complaint. However, if the available vegetarian/vegan options were clearly shown online, families like ours could confidently choose a room-with-breakfast package when booking.

− Very noisy from the night life and although it says NO SMOKING cannabis it drifted into our balcony every night from other rooms

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a fantastic location with great value for money

+ The location was excellent, with easy access to Patong Beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. The room was comfortable and cleaned to a high standard each day, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and represented great value for money

− Some areas of the hotel are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. At times there was some noice from the surrounding area, but this is expected given the central location in Patong.

Very Good

+ It was in close proximity to the main street shopping, eating and etc. Staff was really nice.

− There was an odor in the front lobby almost all the time even though it was very clean.

Okay but reception people are not doing something to our complains

+ Being at the center of everything

− We were on 21st floor and the is not soundproof, plus the Strong wind makes banging sound on our balcony glass wall.

A Wonderful Stay at Royal Paradise Hotel Phuket! ❤️

+ Royal Paradise was truly the best hotel we chose during our vacation in Phuket. My boyfriend and I never regretted choosing this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of Patong, with everything within walking distance — the nightlife, restaurants, beach, shopping malls, and so much more. The hotel itself is huge and offers great amenities, but what really made our stay special was the warm, welcoming, and polite attitude of the staff. A very special mention to Ms. Ratty, the Assistant Manager at the reception. She is such a lovely and amazing person! We initially planned to stay in Phuket for only three nights before heading to Bangkok. However, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend our trip. We called the reception to ask if there was an available room, and Ms. Ratty was incredibly kind and helpful. She even offered us an upgrade to a Royal Wing Suite with a pool view if we decided to extend our stay. Our first Paradise Wing room already had a beautiful sea view, so we truly appreciated the thoughtful upgrade and her effort to make our stay even more special. In the end, we stayed for seven nights instead of three! Staff like Ms. Ratty are truly an asset to the hotel. Their genuine hospitality and care are one of the reasons guests want to come back. We are already planning to return to Royal Paradise again in November! ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for making our Phuket vacation so memorable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

+ The staff was nice and in an excellent location!

− The soundproofing outside the rooms was not very good, as some construction was happening, and we could hear some noise in the morning while we were sleeping.

Exceptional stay with lovely ambiance, awesome room service, and a superb pool!
