The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Istanbul and get around. The staff were also friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start. We had to be moved twice because the first room only had one bed, which was not the room we had booked. The second room had a very small and uncomfortable bed, so we had to insist before we were finally given the correct room.
While we appreciated that the issue was eventually resolved, it was frustrating to have to go through this process after arriving at the hotel. We hope the hotel will pay more attention to room arrangements in the future, as this would have made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable.

It was a good stay but if you are a solo female traveller, be careful.

The location was superb. Breakfast was also good. There were a lot of options. However, the room was a bit small. It was okay for one person but there was no space to move the trolley.

Pleasant, comfortable and clean hotel

The Queen Hotel was pleasant, clean and comfortable for a few nights stay with my family. The breakfast provided was Turkish cuisine, not cooked food. The hotel reception host was very friendly, helpful and polite. He booked our Blasphorous sunset boat tour for us and was extremely helpful with his advice. The location of the hotel is ideal as it has food, restaurants, mosques, cafes, souvenir shops and the Metro station within walking distance, however the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace is a 30 minute walk away. I was happy with my stay and will return again to this hotel.

The only thing that I was unhappy with was that there was no iron provided in every room as I had expected. The reception host kept the iron at the front desk and you can ask to use it for a short time and bring it back to him straight after.

1.Broken toilet potty with no toilet paper( I have to asked from staff )
2.The room is quite small even though for the single person. No where to place the suitcase,I have to placed my suitcase on bed.

We had such a good stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, nice, and the most important thing is the location because is near to everything and very safe.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the student district

The hotel is in a great location, right in the student district, near Istanbul University and less than a 10 minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The guy working at the reception was so kind and friendly that he made our stay even more enjoyable. Since we were staying at the hotel during the Ramadan fast, instead of breakfast, the hotel provided us with food for Suhoor (the start of the Ramadan fast) every morning. We are very grateful for that. There were plenty of nice cafes, a few fast food restaurants and shops near the hotel. Public transport was also nearby - the metro station and all other connections for easy movement throughout the city and both continents.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. Whenever we ask for water, they give us. Location is close to Grand Bazaar like a 15-minute walk. Also near the metro station. Outside the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants. They changed towels every day.

The room is small and the toilet is compact. It’s far from the photos they have posted.
