+ The room was clean and rather spacious, the hotel is located close to the Sky train station and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. A welcome non-alcoholic drink and snacks in the Sky bar were a welcome perk.
− The air conditioning didn't work well: despite being on all the time, the temperature was always above 26 degrees. The daily room cleaning always involved changing all the towels, which should not be the practice in this century. The 1000 baht cash deposit at check-in is a totally unnecessary hassle.

− Communication between front desk and breakfast crew. On the 3rd day had to show them my reservation included breakfast otherwise it was not updated with the crew.

Great overall!
+ The breakfast was great with lots of choices on the menu & the flavour was good! The staff was very friendly & tried to help as much as they could! They were very sweet in organising a lil bday treat it was very lovely!
− The bed was ok could be a bit more comfortable & softer. The hotel could provide a free tuk tuk service to the BTS.

Amazing hotel, made us regret we couldn't stay longer in Bangkok
+ The room was spacious, very clean and with an amazing view. There are snacks and drinks for a very reasonable fee available in the room, otherwise there's a 7/11 open 24/7 on the ground floor, as well as Starbucks and a pizzeria. 5-8mns by foot to BTS station (to main shopping malls, direct line) and to restaurants. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave us FOMO about the dinner we could have had in the hotel... We got free drinks after arrival at the pool/bar/gym floor which was very relaxing and appreciated and in the evening we took a dip in the infinity pool. The water was very cold for some reason, but the views and nice music made up for it. Overall, an amazing stay and definitely our family's hotel in Bangkok for the coming years!!

+ I liked the location - very close to the public transport and to the area with cafes and restaurants. Having 24x7 supermarket in the same building is a great convenience. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including a fridge, kettle, and microwave.
− The aircon is noisy and does not have low/quiet mode (it does, but the low mode is still noisy and powerful). The windows do not open so we were stuck with either having aircon blowing cold and freezing the room or having the air a bit too warm and stuffed after a bit.
