− A note: Thanks to Tugba Hanım, who has reassured me that below problems will be resolved, I've changed my rating of the hotel from 7/10 to 8/10. A few things The room advertised and provided did not match and it’s an issue when you specifically get a sea view room; you’d expect a non obstructed view Room service was badly understaffed, they are unable to provide cleaning and tidying sometimes up to 15:00 despite their best efforts The minibar was never restocked in our 3 days stay, not even water. Beach bar is also very understaffed, order to serve shouldn’t take 65 minutes for simple food All in all, none of this would be an issue and we enjoyed our stay, but the price/performance does not fit.
