Great hotel.

+ The hotel was excellent. Clean and good value for money. Gym was EXCELLENT for a hotel gym. Pool was nice too. Staff were very kind.

− The distance from the bts was a small downside. So taxis are needed to reach key destinations in Bangkok. There is a free hotel shuttle though.

+ The property is well maintained, when room service is requested everything is changed and restocked. We stayed for a week and came back to a clean room every day. Very attentive and respectful staff.

+ Hotel is very clean, staffs are very friendly, helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day breakfast is good very good value for money. I will recommend this moment hotel to anyone.

Quick Stay in Bangkok

+ The welcom peanuts, the secrity guard and porters getting your baggage. The welcome reception team, they are available throught to recommend according to ones needs. Ergonomic use of space for the one bedroom suites. The cafeteria is stunning with a lot of light, it's gives cafe vibes. The swimming pool and gym are also great facilities. The hotel is close to 7/11s, a 20+ walk to Khao san and a less than 30 minute ride to iconsiam.

+ This was our final stay in Thailand and ended up being such a great choice. We booked very last minute after a delayed flight because we specifically needed somewhere with 24hour reception, and the whole process was so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived right through until checkout. The hotel itself felt very modern, fresh and clean, and we especially loved how spotless the bathroom was. The room was really comfortable as well. Breakfast was sooo good with plenty of options, and the coffee was honestly some of the best we had during our trip! The location was really convenient too, with several 7/11’s very close by and easy access to the city. A huge bonus is that they also offer a free tuk tuk service to some of the main tourist attractions which is such a handy little extra!

We would definitely stay at The Moment again on our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful property with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
