Excellent stay
+ Just returned back home from a lovely holiday. The Mercer Sukhumvit apartment is a lovely place to stay. My first time stay there was very comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping was a bonus. Free bottles of water provided every day. Bathroom, with shower was spacious too and the shower had constant hot was which was nice. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite. They aways helped when you needed it. I couldn't thank them enough for the amazing support they gave. The appointment is in a perfect location on Soi 4, near all the bars and restaurants. Even being in a busy area the room was very quiet from the noise outside. I would definitely recommend this appointment to all. I would definitely book Mercer Sukhumvit again.

Close to everything, staff very helpful.
+ Close to everything meaning night life, 7/11, train station not too far but if you know the area and you are arriving late evening or leaving around that time walking to the station could be an adventure.
− I didn’t get to use the facilities because I was sick so I can’t comment about that. Staff was very responsive to a request regarding the safe.

Always a good stay on a great location
+ The staff are super friendly. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet part of Soi 4, so noise when trying to sleep. I asked for a room with a balcony on the front, which I got, and you wake up with a superb Bangkok skyline. Stayed here many times and will be back for sure.
− Can't really think of any. Having to leave perhaps....

Worth the money I paid.
+ Good location, Large rooms, good house keeping.
− this is a 22 floor property with just 2 lifts, and during my 4 day stay one was not working for 3 days so expect a waiting time of 5 to 8 min you want to go up or down.

+ Staff were very happy to help with all requests bed was comfortable the apartment was a little tired but overall very happy.
− Kitchen didn't have things like toaster or convection oven, it had a washing machine but no where to dry clothes.

Value City break
+ The room was big with a kitchenette, Dressing area with a separate toilet shower area,the bed was comfortable and i slept well with only a small amount of noise from outside. It’s located on a busy street with bars restaurants 7-11 massage shops located nearby,BTS NANA about 5 min away. Not a bad size pool seating area. I stayed there for a few nights before flying home,for the price its basic accommodation,value for money I would stay there again. The staff said hello as I walked by didn’t need to chat with them.
− The option for a breakfast would have been nice although I think it’s quite season and probably not worth them doing one.

− There no windows so no fresh air can get in ,the aircon old and was blowing on my face while sleeping ,I had blocked nose all week
