Lovely, relaxing time at The Lume
+ Happy to accommodate our requests, the people made the stay, very welcoming and friendly. A clean and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back. Breakfast was amazing.
− You could tell the hotel is being upgraded in parts but that didn’t bother us. Bed was a little bit stiffer than we like but it didn’t put us off.

+ Everything met my expectations, and the hotel offered great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy Bodrum.
− The only downside was the breakfast, as it was the same every day and didn't offer much variety. A wider selection and a bit more change from day to day would have made it much better.

+ The location of the hotel was suitable for the purposes I needed. However, if you are looking for a real Turkish holiday experience, seek elsewhere. The staff were very nice and helpful.
− Nothing much to do in the immediate area or at the hotel in the evening. The en suite bathroom was small and one could say 'rustic'.

A pleasant stay, with room to improve.
+ The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and also not that far from the beach and historical sites. The room had A/C that you can also use to heat the room, which was convenient.
− The breakfast was less than basic and the cleaning standards were very poor. There were works carried around and I think this should have been mentioned in the description of the hotel, just to know about it.
