Relaxing in a luxurious hotel.
+ Beautiful room and very welcoming attentive staff who catered for every need. Excellent facilities and we enjoyed the cocktails in the safari bar. Super comfortable bed.
− The laundry service was incredibly expensive for what it was.

Worth the luxury price tag! Really excels at service, attention to detail, facilities and food.
+ Outstanding luxury in good taste. Service exceptional and differentiated dining experience at the on-site Indian Accents restaurant... the setting alone puts you in such a good mood! There are charming and varied socialising spaces.

Beautiful facilities, warm and kind staff
+ The property is well located, and every step of the way is a lovely experience. From the staff, until the little details in the room, it all felt warm yet respectful. The plunge pool was definitely a game changer. The room service was quick and exceptional even very late at night. Through and through an exceptional experience.

Great room, very good location, and comfortable stay.
+ We were able to check in earlier and were give an upgrade on our room without asking for it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was really comfortable and spacious with some really thoughtful touches like gym equipment etc. The spa treatment was great.
− I think the breakfast was not as impressive as other hotels and service was a bit slow. I asked for oat milk tea but they were out of it.

Lovely hotel with nice staff.
+ The rooms were spacious well cleaned and they left plenty of water and we were able to make tea and coffee. Smart TV was good too.
− The common areas and Elan restaurant were cold. We were there in January and I was so cold at dinner I had to ask for a blanket! I am from the UK so used to cold but the temperature was not comfortable.

Excellent 5 Star Accommodation and Facilities
+ Genuine 5 star. Had lovely, clean and spacious room with a pool. “Welcome to the Lodhi” written in flower petals in our room (when we arrived) was a nice touch. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent- except for one day. The facilities were excellent. Really enjoyed playing pickle ball with one of the staff, very cheerfully, acting as ball boy.
− Only issue was one morning (Sunday) for breakfast. Staff were organizing a Sunday brunch event and the breakfast area seemed short staffed. No one to greet us / take us to our table for some time. Difficulty getting service once seated and repeatedly got our order wrong. I should add that the only reason this stood out was because everything else about our stay was perfect.
