+ A 5 star hotel with wverything you'd expect from one. Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were mostly great and welcoming. Great SPA treatments, excelent swimming pool. Very good dinner and service at the 28th floor oka restaurant.
− Poor service in the 24/7 restaurant (afternoon, right after lunch buffette ended). Gloomy welcome interaction in the reception.

A short stay but excellent experience
+ awesome place to stay. but since we were for 1 night and have to depart before breakfast , we could't experience the meal, however, the ambience were good. we were welcomed with open heart. short but good stay. the room service was good. Need to stay longer for better experience and review:)

Great location but it feels like it is well past its best.
+ The location is excellent, and the amazing artwork on display, especially M. F. Husain’s work at the reception, is a real highlight.
− It is a 5-star hotel in a great location, but unfortunately, it feels like it is well past its best. The rooms are quite dated, and the bathrooms are also old, although still manageable. What disappointed me the most was the breakfast, which was really poor for a 5-star hotel. The service was also very slow. Both check-in and check-out took much longer than they should have. They also placed a hold on my credit card, but I had to pay again at checkout. The reception then had to contact the finance department to arrange the refund, which was inconvenient. The lobby smells fresh and pleasant, but the corridors leading to the rooms do not. They don't have the fresh, clean feel you would expect from a 5-star hotel. It is a real shame because this is a great property in an amazing location. With renovated rooms, better breakfast and faster service, it could be a fantastic hotel again.
