+ Over the years, I've stayed at many places across Mumbai and this topped it all! Fantastic property, warm staff and tidy rooms. Finally, a place one can look forward to staying again when in Mumbai.
− Availability of basic refreshments like tea/coffee/snacks would have been ideal. Other than that, it was all good!

− The room at the ground floor was moldy/musty, when you turn the fan off the smell is strong.

Good Stay near Airport
+ Amazing Staff available 24/7 . Great Location near Airport but also I liked the area...which is interesting for foreigners I would say. My room had issues and I was upgraded. Overall there are some points of improvement but this is a professionally run place and I am happy with my stay.
− Maybe the Hot Water issue could be improved.

Close to the airport, good value for money!
+ Located very close to the airport T2. I think it was just 10 minutes? Perfect for a layover rest before continuing on the next flight. The room is spacious, everything was working and the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt taken care of.
− The check-in procedure with all the online-nonsense is very tedious. The room key is a 6 digit code that has to be unlocked on a website. When coming from abroad and my simcard is still making a fuzz, this took way too much time just to finish check-in. Digital room-keys are not a step forward, they are a headache!

+ I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained; I’d like to give a special mention to the cleaning staff for their excellent service.
− Regarding the amenities, the location was average—neither particularly convenient nor difficult to access. However, I found the lack of food options disappointing. It would be helpful if the property provided at least packaged snacks or a vending machine for late-night needs. Additionally, the absence of a fridge in the room was a significant drawback, especially given the Mumbai heat. Not being able to keep water cold or store leftovers was quite inconvenient.
