Best value for the price.
+ + The hotel and the room is very clean with good smell. + Kitchen with necessary kitchenware, fridge in the room; + Shared microwave oven, washing machine and iron in the corridor. + Soap, shampoo etc in the bath + Room is big You may stay here alone or with family with comfort. I really did not expect such good hotel for very reasonable for Yerevan price.

The place to stay in Yerevan :) ...
+ Very nice, clean and modern compact apartment on the hill with a great view on the city down below. Nicely and functionally decorated, with everything you might need for a short stay, including a well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Friendly and communicative staff. Good localization with easy access from the main road. Free and secure parking just inside the hotel complex. On the map it may seem that the climb back to the hotel will take a while, for it is uphill, but in practice, after a full day of walking around the city, when you come back in the evening, it takes just 5 minutes from the bottom of the hill, so no worries about that. Good price to quality ratio. Would stay there again in the future.

Excellent stay, friendly staff and quiet place
+ Excellent stay overall.. amazing views and nice area to sit in outside. The rooms are well equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful during the trip..
− Sunlight coming in wasn't being blocked on one of the windows but that is easily solved with an extra curtain

Excellent!
+ Very friendly staff, you can ask any question; beautiful view of the mountain from the window. There is security, only those who live in the hotel can enter the courtyard.
