+ My overall experience was exceptionally satisfactory. Falcon Inn - Clare road would be my "forever stay place" every time I visit Mumbai. I convey my heartfelt regards to the staff and a special mention to Rahul, Angel, Mohan and Rajesh !!

+ Two receptionists are quite welcoming and friendly
− The noisy location, narrow room, limited amenities, and small, shaky lift made my stay quite uncomfortable. Moreover, the rooms and amenities shown on the hotel’s website are significantly different from what I experienced in reality, which was particularly disappointing. For USD 65 per night, I honestly don’t think the hotel offers good value for money, especially when I could have paid only around USD 75 for a five-star hotel such as Novotel Mumbai. Given the overall experience, I felt that I had been overcharged and somewhat misled about the value I was getting.

Comfortable stay in Mumbai
+ Good location and comfortable stay.... Was a good choice for size of room and price. Rahul, mohan and rajesh provided okay service. Just could have been a little less pushy with information but other than that they were algood. Thanks

− El desayuno es peor que el de una pensión, muy cutre. Las habitaciones estaban muy, muy sucias. No he estado en un hotel tan sucio. Había hormigas y otro tipo de animalitos por la habitación, telarañas, manchas en las sábanas y las toallas se supone que eran blancas, pero la realidad es que eran literalmente negras. Al lado de la habitación había como un almacén y de madrugada iban allí dando golpes. El agua caliente funcionaba por muy poco tiempo y con a penas presión. Había agujeros en las paredes. No recomendable.

+ Wasn’t as the photos shown the hotel should have been, the shower wasn’t the best! The staff were all good and easy to communicate with, Mr Mohan Singh and Mr Rahul baba There was banging from another guest and once we rang down it stopped
