− bathroom is very very small the bed in twin bed room is so small that you fear of falling down

+ Location was great. Good food. Good rooms and facilities.

− Check in process difficult, doesnt allow for manual capture only the apps. The hotel has too many silly rules, dont have outside food, dont drink in the room unless its the mini bar, they charge you for ice, and plates, we dont have this in our country.

Worth a trip to the Hotel Empresa

+ I liked the reception staff. Short Vishal in particular was very friendly and helpful. Security helpfull too. Location was excellent. Hotel is clean and rooms and bathroom are great. Breakfast is fair range and adequate. We didnt use the gym and spa but looks good.

− Checking in is difficult, the app doesnt work made it tough to check in after a long journey. Why couldnt we pay cash or manual booking done. Spa manager has no customer service ethic. House keeping forgets to clean and put toilet paper. Stupid rules around bringing outside food or drinks, give people a choice whether they want to support the mini bar or restaurant. Same story with guests, we are foreign guests. People in the restaurant during the day need to be friendlier, smile, be warm and welcoming, make small conversation.

I had very comfortable and enjoyable long stay at the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

+ The hotel is clean, beautiful and very well located in Andheri west, surrounded by cafés and restaurant. All the services were excellent (wi-fi, breakfast, laundry, spa etc). Food of room service was excellent. Staff is VERY helpful, quick and present. Service was available 24/24. All the staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I felt very safe staying alone in that hotel.

− The size of the deluxe room felt small, though ok for 1 person, for 2 people fells too small. I had a long stay of 3 weeks alone, i wouldn't mind having a little more space

+ Great rooms, very comfortable!

− No prepayment, our payment methods kept getting rejected by the hotel on Booking.com, which was extremely annoying as I booked for our wedding guests at the last moment and had to make time to show up to pay. The rate didn't include higher speed wifi (extra chargeable which is a bit wild considering the cost per room), foreign guests were asked for visas (highly irregular, never been asked at a hotel before), and as the person whose name the booking was in, I wasn't allowed to use the room for one of the nights of a multiday booking. Weird experience, very bureaucratic for a hotel, but overall a comfortable stay.

The Hotel was decent, clean and good to stay.
