May not choose this hotel again
+ I booked this room for my brother and he was satisfied with the location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
− Breakfast was not good. The room my brother received was different from the one I had booked for them. A smaller room was given to them while I had paid for a bigger room.

A convenient place for a one night stop in Van
+ Our room was upgraded and the personnel is very courteous.
− There is no restaurant and no room service, only a Starbucks at the entrance. Breakfast is served but the quality of the food must be improved.
