هتل کاپیتال

A beautiful and comfortable stay with wonderful hospitality in the heart of Istanbul.

+ We had a wonderful stay at Capital Hotel Istanbul. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the room was lovely. The location was convenient for exploring Istanbul, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail.

− There honestly wasn’t much we disliked about our stay. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of, and we had a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Location, Comfort & Value for money

+ The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for getting around Istanbul and exploring the surrounding areas. Our room was comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during our stay. The hotel staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and their warm service really contributed to making our stay a pleasant one. We had a very enjoyable experience overall. We would definitely recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

− One small point of caution for future guests: we borrowed the hotel's luggage scale to weigh our bags before departure. It appears that the scale may not be calibrated accurately, so we would recommend treating the readings as an indication rather than an exact measurement and, if possible, checking your luggage weight using another calibrated scale.

Very Good

− poor lighting in the bathroom

Pleasant

+ staff and location and bed

− no toothpaste, light walls, noise from windows,

Very Good

+ Style, price, accessibility

− Bathroom mastic joints need replacing Shower head needs replacing Socket next to bed loose

All in all it was a good stay. I think I will book it again, but would communicate and control the rooms at the beginnin

+ They were always kind and tried to find a solution to our problems with the rooms or when we had any other questions the staff were always there and gave us good recommendations vor visiting spots and doing activities in the city.

− We had issues with the size of our rooms and the lights, but they tried their best and gave us another option for a few days, because it was all booked. We were upgraded to a deluxe room for the rest of our stay. Then we had problems with the shower. They gave us a solution for that too, but it was actually a little late. I have the excuse some of the staff here, because they didn’t know it instantly that there was a problem.

Excellent

+ Excellent location and friendly staff

− There was a little moisture problem

Excellent

+ The location was excellent, and the staff was so helpful and friendly, especially bushra

Great stay

+ Good location nice small friendly hotel Easy check in

− Smell in bathroom but that’s cities for you If your expecting quiet location it’s a noisy road and some popular noisy coffee shops and restaurants but that didn’t bother us it’s part of city life

Pleasant

+ Comfortable room Convenient location Generally clean (though it could be better) Very polite, friendly and helpful staff

− The room was not a suite as advertised Poor sound insulation There is a noticeable gap under the doors, so you can clearly hear neighbors talking or watching TV Cleanliness was acceptable but could get better, as there are some moldy spots in the bathroom
