Very good.
+ Location was very good.
− My initial room had clearly been damp as there was a dehumidifier present in the room. Had an interesting smell. Although once I requested a new room they moved me with no problems.

Friendly staff, great location, but noisy AC affecting sleep
+ Great location and not noisy despite being close to the main road. Lovely view from on top with the pool and bar
− The AC makes a whirring noise every 20seconds for about 5 seconds, no problem during the day but trying to sleep overnight it kept waking us up so didn’t have it on, it meant waking up quite hot. Weather it was just our room or not it did affect our stay

I’d definitely stay there again! :)
+ It’s really close to Bangla Road and Patong Beach, and I loved how easy it was to get anywhere from there! The location is absolutely perfect. All the staff, without exception, were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.
− The only thing I didn’t really understand was the shower curtain. Every time I took a shower, the entire bathroom floor got wet.

It's always a pleasure to stay here! We would stay here every time we go to Patong.
+ It's my second time staying here with my husband and we stayed at the deluxe room with partial sea view for 2 nights. We always like staying here because of the hotel staff, comfy bed, the spacious room, the clean bathroom, and the location.
− We would love to hang out by the pool at night if possible because it's windy and spacious.
