Excellent
+ Good location, excellent breakfast and all the malls are nearby. Can use the sky walk to important malls.
− Traffic is very huge , calling a grab may take time during peak hours. Getting in and out of the area in a car can be tedious during peak hours.

I recommend this place
+ The location. The service is amazing. The room was clean
− The room furniture getting old. Some items should be replaced. The breakfast choices were great but very low selection of Arabic food. There is more to Arabic food than Hummus and Pita bread.
