+ Extraordinary, impressive Building, wonderful environment, great interior
− Poor Wi-Fi in the room and always cut off. The toilet flush is consuming way too much water. The quality of the TV signal was extremely bad. We asked the house technician to get it fixed, but he could not.

Overall it wa okay and ifi have to eclude the 5Star service, i can get a better stay at earby hotels
+ Room Service. Breakfast was good. Location was too good
− Altough the service was as 5Star hotel. But its getting too old. Its time for renovation. TV was too small and no network neither Smart TV. At Reception the staffs seemd to be very less bothered.

Beautiful Property but Poorly Maintained
+ Beautiful property. Location is prime and in poshest area in Delhi. Food quality and options were great. Breakfast was pretty good with wide range of variety.
− Poorly maintained properly, infested with rodents. Wi-Fi was poor and basic amenities like Swimming Pool, Gym, Club, etc. are managed by third party with loads of restrictions for the Hotel Guest. The behavior of the third party staffs are very rude and unfriendly for the Hotel Guest. Service was good, but each staff desperately expects something in return.

comfortable, safe but rooms were a disappointment.
+ Hotel has provided complimentry cake, drinks, fruits and biscuits which we liked most. Property location was good and peaceful. Security was excellent. Staff were very helpful.
− Property is not maintained nicely. Maintenance in the room does not match with the property fame.. Matresses were quite old, not holding firm shape.
