The AlJada Studio by Blue Cloud Holidays

Very Poor

+ The room space and tools

− The room was not clean enough, the bed sheets were dirty. The card was not effective to open the gate outside. I had this issue now for a couple of times.

Bad

Pleasant

− There was a cockroach

I did not enjoy

− They told me to check out at 11 am and I slept around 7 am I requested them that I want to check out by 1 pm at least they did not allow me

Exceptional

+ Good

− Goo

Fair

+ I like that it was cozy and clean

− I have agreed with the responsible person to check out at 11:30 am which is already mentioned on the website But it the morning twice times with a very rude way before checking out time a lady knocked the door asking me to leave it was very disrespectful as this shouldn’t happen since we agreed on a time we should respect it that made me felt literally like am a person who doesn’t pay the rent and now the landlord asking me to evacuate the place

Very Good

+ Nice

Pleasant

+ I like the self check in and the location and the security guard which is in side the building he was so good and respectful

− It was too small but comfortable

Pleasant

It was good.

+ All

− Shower: water doesn’t go away.
