Lovely family run hotel in excellent location

The Terrace in Tbilisi was a lovely family run hotel located in a very central part of old Tbilisi. The location was excellent, just a short walk to many of the attractions. Even though it was in a bustling part of Tbilisi, it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It was opposite a lovely patisserie nestled amongst beautiful, peaceful surrounds.

Spacious studio and prime location for a hard-to-beat price! You literally step out on the main street (without being disturbed by the noise inside the apartment). The only unpractical and unexpected thing, travelling with two little children, was that the toilet was on a different level than the room itself, (by the entrance). There were also no windows and the bedsofa might be a little hard for some adults. With that said, the price and location was exceptionally good.

Awesome hotel right in the Old Town

Perfect hotel right in the Old Town with the most lovely hosts you can ask for :) Free parking space included, which is really rare here - though it's a tight one, but hosts helped with placing my car here (had a rental Forerunner, so smaller cars should be parked without any issues).
Also I'd recommend paying a visit to the bakery in the same courtyard - really delicious.
Overall highly recommended!

Cute Family Stay in Old Tbilisi.

This was such a cute hotel in a great location. The host was so responsive and kind, they also arranged to have an airport pickup at 3:00 am! When we got off the plane, the driver was waiting with the sign, it was seamless and so easy, especially with traveling with our daughters The hotel was clean, in a great location , very close to everything. We would stay again’

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful, clean, spacious room, in a great location in Tbilsi - perfect for our family.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning, contacting me by whatsapp, and quick to answer any questions. Most importantly for us, they held a parking spot for us, which I was very worried about, and the old city is very challenging with parking. The lady and man at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the room was large, clean, modern, really really nice! The location is amazing, right in the center of the old city, at the bottom of the hill, only a 5 to 10 minute walk from everywhere.

Very good location and comfortable room. Communication was great. Free parking. Set in a relatively quiet location given that it is right in the old city.

I recommend bringing earplugs as the sounds of guests arriving at night can be heard.
