+ Room is clean. Bathroom is clean Not as picture 100% because they do some modifications but okay for us , room size is ok Staff is very helpful , smile We arrive early at 10.30 , we stay at terrace till room be ready , they welcome us with drinks and fruits Terrace is fantastic sea view and is a good benefit, you have open air area to have a tea,coffee or juice 24/7 Every day we have our breakfast at terrace from 9 to 11 , breakfast is very good Few times I bring our dinner and eat at the terrace then have a tea , fantastic view in the evening Location is fantastic , restaurants and shops every were Location is Very very easy for transportation Main Bus station and T1 tram and M2 train Is infront of the hotel so just cross the road If one day I travelled again , sure I will book there
− Only point is they didn't put iron facilities in room , put in reception and when u need you go pick up use it and after finish back again Bad thing is it is only 1 iron for the hotel , so many times you go to take it find it busy , so you have to wait My advise , they have to make 2 or 3 irons available Not logic that all rooms use 1 iron only

+ The location was perfect for exploring the whole city. Eminonu port is 8-10 minutes walking distance and the nearest metro station is less than a 5 minute walk. The staff is great, especially Ayub, he was very helpful and friendly throughout our whole stay at the hotel. Always there for us, making us feel like we have a family member in Istanbul!
− It can get quite noisy because the hotel is close to the metro railway. Also, there was a slight odor present in the toilet coming from the sink.

+ The staff were really polite and helpful. The location was perfect as it was close to the sea and all the shops, restaurants and public transport.

+ Everyone there is so kind and treat you with a smile, the thing that we did not see a lot around Istanbul, so we had a pleasant time there and if we are going again to Istanbul we will definitely come back

Good enough for the money
+ The staff has been incredibly kind and attentive even before our arrival. The location is really good, and the view from the terrace is really amazing! They even have free tea and coffee and juice there
− The water in the bathroom didn't come out hot enough. And the room looked much better in the photo.
