One of the best hotels we have stayed in

+ We stayed here for one night towards the end of a 7,200 km road trip around Europe and it ended up being one of the highlights of the whole journey. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming. They parked the car, handled all our luggage and kindly upgraded our room. We were travelling with two young children and the staff were brilliant with them, even giving them gifts. There was mango lassi waiting in the room, breakfast was amazing and every member of staff we met was friendly and smiling. The manager was exceptional. She took a genuine interest in us and made sure we were completely looked after. You could tell that the atmosphere throughout the hotel came from her. She has clearly built a team that enjoys looking after people and takes real pride in the hotel. We have stayed in some of the best luxury hotels and the Taj Hessischer Hof is absolutely at that level. The hotel is beautiful but it was the people who made the stay so memorable. We were genuinely sad to leave and would happily return to Frankfurt just to stay here again.

Worth the price, excellent hotel

+ Good location. Polite and friendly staff, including those in the restaurant. Sajjad at reception was very helpful and welcoming. Clean rooms, well carpeted. Had all accessories and very good views.

− The food quality can be improved. The outside area of the hotel was all dug up and it was difficult getting into the hotel premises at times.

Perfect in all aspect, best customer service, high level of professionalism with amazing food.

+ Flexibility with check-in: Due to a flight delay, we were unable to arrive at the hotel by 11 and did not reach until 3. We informed the hotel through the booking portal chat, and they responded very quickly and took great care of us. Brother Waleed ensured our stay was comfortable and seamless. He also communicated everything clearly to the next staff member taking over his shift and honored all the promises made.

− Location is super convenient to all destinations we wanted to visit.
