+ Staff is very hospitable and supporting We stayed at the hotel on 2 different occasions over 3 months and the staff was amazing twice. نزلنا بالفندق مرتین خلال 3 اشهر وکان الطاقم فی قمه التعاون والترحیب.

Very Good
+ Clean room and nice staff.
− The windows are up high so you can't look out. That was weird. This is not near old town or the river. If you are okay with that, then try out the hotel. For me, it was too far of a hike and the road and street construction is terrible in that area. It was really hard to walk through so bring sneakers.

Good value for money
+ Location
− It’s the second time we are staying here and booking a room for 3 people, including our child ( 10 years old) and it’s the second time we have to sort out the additional bed problem although we mentioned that we will be staying with our kid while booking a room. Thanks to the stuff we don’t have to pay additional money for the extra bed, but it just gets a little bit tiring to deal with this problem every time we check in…

Comfortable, good hospitality
+ The check-in staff Davit and Anni were very sweet, helpful, courteous. They took the time to answer any questions we had. The staff at the restaurant was also very helpful. He helped me with my food intolerances and helped me find a dish I could eat which was safe for me. They were all patient and helpful.
− The only issue I found was that here they have coffee sachets in the room but no creamer/milk sachets. So coffee in the room is only black coffee. So far in all the places in the world I’ve traveled as airline staff, this was the only place I experienced that. Creamer should be made available in room for tea/coffee for different people and their preference.
