10/10. I definitely recommend staying here.

+ 10/10 overall. Very convenient location. Obviously, it depends on each person’s preferences, but for me, the location was perfect. The apartment itself seems to have been recently renovated. It’s modern and has everything you need. There are four rooms, each rented to a different guest, and each room has a private bathroom. There’s also a large shared kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. I would describe this place as a micro-hotel or a large Airbnb with some cleaning services included. Tornike, the owner, responded very quickly to all my questions and was very helpful in resolving any minor issues that might come up during any stay. I’ve stayed in many different places in different countries and can confidently say that Tornike cares about his place and about his guests having a good stay. I definitely recommend this place.

− There are no real downsides for that price in that location. These are more like things to be aware of rather than downsides: 1. It is on the 3rd floor, and there’s no elevator because it’s a historic building. 2. The noise insulation could be better. 3. The washing machine and dryer are shared by all four rooms, so you might need to find the right time to do your laundry. All of these are minor things to be aware of rather than actual downsides. None of these things negatively affected my stay in any way. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay.

+ You won't find a better value nor location for a short term stay. Rooms were clean and bright, and the premises was meticulously taken care of. The owner/manager is very trusting and the cleaning staff very helpful. It operates more like an ultra-micro boutique hotel with a shared living space. A cross between and Air BnB, bougie hostel, and a hotel. Best of all worlds. And you can't go wrong with the view overlooking the Wine Factory. One of the best locations in Vera district and in Tbilisi overall. 10/10 stars.

− Some very minor maintenance issues (mirror light) I've addressed privately with the manager that will be easily rectified. Nothing that affected my stay at all. Overall, this historical property is a gem and a great find if you can get it.

+ Loved it! This is an amazing little gem next to a great spot in town. 10/10 highly recommend.

− Nothing I didn't like. I rented it for my sons who were traveling in for my wedding and they enjoyed it.

+ I did like the fact that every single detail in the property was well thought.. I could feel that the owner cared for guests comfort and well-being.

− No lift but stairs were also fine to use

+ The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shared kitchen was also clean and fully equipped with all the essentials. The parking area in the courtyard is small, but I was able to find a spot and park my car in the evening. We had a wonderful balcony with a table and chairs. There are several cafés right across the street, and plenty of nice places to sit and spend the evening nearby. The host was very responsive and helped us quickly whenever we had any questions or needed assistance.

− It's a shared apartment with 4 rooms, each with their private bathroom, and a large shared kitchen/dining space. This was fine with us but I hadn't seen it when booking - it is written but maybe could be made more obvious.

+ A wonderful place to stay. It’s located right in the city center, very close to the metro, yet there’s no noise from the main avenue. The surrounding streets are clean and pleasant, and there’s a restaurant just across the street. All the city’s main attractions are within easy reach. The kitchen is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The room itself is large, recently renovated, with comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom. The host is very friendly and responsive, and personally met us at check-in.
