Best place in New (South) Delhi
+ By far the best thing about this property is the host himself. Super friendly and helpful with everything you can imagine. The location is in a push upscale neighborhood bordering a small city park, best part of that as well is that it’s pretty quiet as in no continuously car horns noise. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped and modern.
− There is nothing to not like about Tatvamasi.

Perfect Day Stay
+ Fantastic stay in Delhi. Firstly the area is absolutely fantastic - loads of great restaurants nearby in walking distance. Secondly the property was ideal - rooms big and exceptionally clean. Most importantly though, the host was incredible. He went above and beyond on all fronts including late arrival, helping with getting a phone SIM, and storing my bag too. Perfect!

Oasis from the Delhi chaos. Incredible generous and helpful hosts!
+ Tatvamasi Homestay was the perfect way to start our three month trip to India. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood, but only a ten minute walk from restaurants and every possible convenience. That’s right, “walk” a it’s a walkable area and a total oasis from Delhi chaos. The most valuable amenity the Homestay offers, however, is the host himself. I’d spent a lot of time researching how to spend our five days in Delhi, but I would’ve done better to talk to him for ten minutes. The amount of useful advice - which food delivery and ride-hailing apps to use, what to see and when to go, even help setting up a very cheap local SIM. Really, just an ideal way to start our travels. Oh, and take them up on their offer of chai at least once. Highly recommend all around.

+ This is a very welcoming, cosy and lovely place to stay, looked after by a wonderful family. It is very clean, very comfortable and I highly recommend it. Just stayed one night and hope to return.

+ A lovely space to stay with great rooms and facilities, and close to the metro and several markets for food. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Delhi.

Amazing hospitality.
+ Owner Pankaj is an extraordinary host—kind, educated, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He can tell you exactly where to go for breakfast and dinner, which UNESCO heritage sites to visit, and what not to miss in Delhi. He even took us in his car to show us around, which was such a lovely gesture. The house is spotlessly clean and the hospitality is fantastic. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked again for another day. Don’t look for better accommodation—just press the button and book! Highly recommended!

Felt like a home away from home with an outstanding host.
+ I truly think this is the best place to say as a foreigner coming to Delhi, especially for the first time. The location is perfect and it’s easy to walk to local restaurants, and travel connections are easy to navigate. The welcome was so warm. We were given chai on arrival and Pankaj took the time to give us lots of recommendations for things to eat and see in Delhi. Also, the room was large and well maintained. We were offered new towels and a clean daily. Everything was thought of. He even helped us with our taxi to our next destination. Pankaj was always available and his hosting was above and beyond. The rest of the staff were also super accommodating and helpful. We had a phenomenal stay and will definitely come back if we are in New Delhi again!

+ Everything was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, but what really made our stay special was the communication and kindness of the owner. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even though we had already checked out, he kindly let us stay until the evening, use the shower, and leave our luggage there, which was incredibly helpful before our flight. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Everything was perfect the cleanliness, the accommodation itself, and especially the hospitality. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
