stressful check-in day

+ Apartment is spacious, sparkling clean and centrally located. Nicely looking old furnitures. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2min walk. The place corresponds in 100% to the photos from booking offer.

− I have no bad intention I just want to warn other travellers before they book this place. In my case it was the most stressful check-in day I have ever had in my life and I am a frequent traveller with at least 1 travel a month (+100 travels last 10years). Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with the owner, he seemed to be hostile - especially on the check in day. I received many rude replies to most of my messages. After all he said he was not going to wait for me (despite agreed and respected check-in time) because he has better things to do. When we finally met he somehow forced me to cancel my booking and required 150eur deposit on the top of the cash payment. It was already dark outside (22h00) so I had no other choice than to accept. During the check-in procedure the host was only focused on strict house rules (at least 10min speech) and not on proper welcome small talk. Until the end of my stay I felt kind of unsafe and not welcome. Regarding the apartment there is no curtains in the bedroom so there is much sunlight early in the morning. Also in the morning there is much noise coming from the nearby school.

Отличные апартаменты в центре Антальи

+ Месторасположение отличное. Недалеко от ворот Адриана, но на тихой улице. Рядом старый район Калеичи, парк, остановки старого трамвая, автобусов. До остановки трамвая из аэропорта 10 минут пешком. Также недалеко много магазинов, кафешек, столовая. Нас встретил хозяин (знает русский язык совсем немного, но общаться смогли через переводчик в телефоне.) всё показал, настроил русские каналы в телевизоре. Кстати в апартаментах большая коллекция фильмов на дисках на русском языке. В квартире очень чисто и есть всё необходимое для проживания. Матрас очень удобный. Большой холодильник, микроволновка, электрический чайник и т.д. Всё соответсвует фото графиям. Правда ковриков нет, но это даже лучше, легче делать уборку.

− Все понравилось, но не хватило)) большого зеркала (в наших апартаментах было только одно небольшое зеркало в ванной), более яркой лампы на кухне ( готовить вечером было неудобно).

+ Апартаменты оправдали ожидание, фото соответствуют реальности. В квартире было чисто, кондиционер мощный, охлаждал хорошо. Очень понравилось наличие стиральной машинки. Матрас на кровати хороший, спалось отлично) Полотенца и постельное бельё тоже были чистыми и свежими. На кухне большой холодильник, газовая печка, микроволновка, чайник, кастрюля,сковорода, много разной посуды. Вай фай рабочий, шустрый. В общем имеется все для комфортного проживания. Хозяин приветливый и отзывчивый. Будем в Анталии - знаем где остановиться)

Удобное расположение квартиры (центр, до ближайшего пляжа минут 10-15 пешком, кафе в шаговой доступности). Приятный и от

Exceptional

+ I liked everything ) The most important for me was an air-conditioning. So this was just fine. One powerful unit for the whole apartments. Apartments are furnitured in authentic style. Very nice. The host Ozzy is a very friendly man. Explained everything, how to use, etc So next time in Antalya I'll try to stay here )

Vše perfektní, ráda se vrátím, bezvadná byla přítomnost balkonu k večernímu posezení.

Lovely place in the tourist part of Antalya

+ Stylish apartments made with soul. I really enjoyed my stay there. Lovely vinyl player, but would have liked more records) The host is very friendly and welcoming. The location is really good - in the tourist center, but in a quieter part of it. It is about 10 minutes walk to the old town and the beach. Я ехала с наличкой из России и смогла оплатить на месте - отдельное спасибо за доверие и радушность. Все было супер, с удовольствием приеду еще!

− I felt like the water in Turkey was quite hard and it left a buildup in the kettle and on the plumbing - a water filter would be a good idea. And sometimes it is too hot in the bedroom

Восхитительная Анталья

+ Большая квартира в самом центре Калеичи. Оригинальный дизайн, владелец не поскупился на технику: хороший кондиционер, огромный холодильник, газовая печь, микроволновка, большой бойлер, стиральная машина. В апартаментах очень чисто, на кухне полный набор посуды. Добросердечное отношение. Отличное расположение, в пешей доступности магазины, торговый центр, рестораны и кафе, основные достопримечательности. Громадный оборудованный пляж и пляжный парк вызвали восторг. Море очень тёплое, вода чистейшая.

+ 1. Labai gera viešbučio dislokacijos vieta. 2. Šeimininko geranoriškumas, sprendžiant automobilio parkavimo problemą.

− 1. Nėra automobilių parkingo aikštelės. 2. Šeimininkas reikalauja papildomai sumokėti 50 eur. už numerio sutvarkymą, tačiau išvykstant visvien reikia išsinešti savo šiukšles. 3. Visam nuomos laikotarpiui (1 savaitei)1 asmeniui duodamas tik 1 rankšluostis.

+ Our stay at this place was very nice. The flat was bright and comfortable for our one-week stay, kitchen equipment as well as space for preparing a meal enough and clean. Bathroom was indeed comfortable. Spacious living room for those who prefer spending time in the flat instead of outside. Very comfortable bed (in a separate room). The location of the flat is convenient for tourists looking for spending their time visiting the old town as well as for those who want to commute to the other part of the city (and/or) out of the city – bus stop 80m distant. The windows of the living room (and the balcony) overlook secondary school - we found it very nice to have a breakfast accompanied by the teenagers’ hubbub (if you do not like it, you may close the window). The host operates in a fast, concrete way, explains the rules of the stay clearly, does not intervene into your stay and all that he expects is to respect the agreed stay conditions. The host takes care of the flat cleanliness and requires the same from the guest.
