+ Мы прожили у Татьяны четыре дня и уехали с ощущением, что гостили у близкого человека, а не снимали жильё. Татьяна потрясающая хозяйка: открытая, внимательная, невероятно гостеприимная и лёгкая в общении. Она подсказала буквально всё, что нужно человеку в новом городе: где лучшие магазины и рестораны, как и на чём можно сэкономить, куда идти гулять и что смотреть в первую очередь. Дала дисконтную карту, отвечала на любой вопрос мгновенно и при этом ни разу не была навязчивой: помощь всегда рядом, но пространство остаётся полностью вашим. Сами апартаменты — отдельное удовольствие. Просторная светлая квартира, сделанная с любовью и вкусом: в каждой детали видно, что дом собирали для гостей, а не для галочки. Есть всё необходимое и даже больше, идеальная чистота, тихо и по-настоящему уютно. Балкон и двор — то самое место, где хочется начинать утро. А кофе, который варит Татьяна, лучший, что мы пили в Тбилиси. Отдельно стоит сказать про заботу о логистике: Татьяна помогает с трансфером, встретит из аэропорта или отвезёт туда в любое время, с ней вообще не нужно ни о чём беспокоиться. Расположение прекрасное: центр рядом, до всего можно дойти пешком. Однозначно рекомендуем к бронированию всем, кто хочет не просто переночевать, а почувствовать город. Будущим гостям счастливого пребывания, а Татьяне как можно больше гостей, успехов в её деле, здоровья и сил!

− I would not stay here again. The biggest issue for me was the sewage smell at night. On multiple nights, I could smell sewage/feces strongly enough that it woke me up and even affected my sleep. There is also very little privacy. There was no lock on my room, and the host would sometimes show up unannounced. The accommodation is essentially an attic above the host's house, and I could regularly hear the host and her family talking, as well as noise from outside. The space itself is also very dark. For clarity, although my Booking.com reservation shows only one night, I actually stayed at the property for 6 nights. After the initial night, I was asked to pay for the additional nights directly in cash rather than through Booking.com. I also found the hosts' approach to extra charges misleading. On multiple occasions, things were offered casually without a price being communicated, and only afterward was I told I had to pay. I was offered food without being told a price and was later charged what I felt was an excessive amount. Before I left, the host texted me to let her know if I had any laundry, which sounded like an offer to help; only afterward was I told there was a charge. I had a similar experience with the host's daughter, who handles the property and guest communication. During my stay, she invited me to a small event and initially asked me to play music there for free because it’s for “friends”. When we realized there was no piano, she told me to just come as a guest. No price or ticket cost was mentioned to me beforehand. After I attended, she unexpectedly asked me for 200 GEL. Overall, I found the accommodation overpriced for what it offered. Between the sewage smell, lack of a room lock and privacy, noise, and my experiences with unexpected charges, this was a very disappointing experience.

+ Es war sehr gemütlich und groß! Es gab von der Ausstattung wirklich alles! Tatjana hat sich unglaublich bemüht und war sehr herzlich! Sie hat uns sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt! Es war auch alles sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

+ This was a fantastic place to stay at, it has everything you need and is a great location. A great find in the heart of Tbilisi. Tania is an incredible host, it felt like visiting family. I discovered many things about Georgian culture, and she makes an amazing Tkemali sauce (you should ask her for it) If I ever come back to Tbilisi this is the only place I want to stay at!

+ Я не ожидала, что проживание в этой уютном пространстве будет самым ярким впечатлением за 10 дней в Тбилиси. Меня восхитила невероятная атмосфера гостеприимства и тепла в каждой детали интерьера, в доме есть всё для комфортной жизни, в шаговой доступности магазинчик с фруктами и не только. Под окнами и во дворе растёт много красивых деревьев, среди которых есть даже настоящий лавр. Хозяйка замечательный, невероятно душевный и добрый человек. Благодаря ей я узнала много нового о тонкостях грузинского виноделия, о местных традициях. Это место, куда хочется возвращаться!

+ Райский и уютнейший уголок в центре Тбилиси

A place with some homey charm and a great host, but needs improvements to be comfortable in winter.

+ Tanya is incredibly hospitable — she helped us with everything and even drove us to our next address in her own car. Every day she brought us some tasty treats as a gift. One time we ordered khachapuri from her, and they were some of the best khachapuri we've had in Tbilisi. We’re very grateful to Tanya for the way she treats her guests, for her hospitality, and her kindness.

− The apartment itself doesn’t match its price or the reviews. Maybe most guests stayed there in summer, so they didn’t run into weather-related issues. We stayed there at the end of December, and it was cold outside. The first and main problem was the water. There was no hot water unless you waited for the boiler to heat it up, and even then it kept suddenly turning ice-cold again, going back and forth like that up to six times. It was simply impossible to take a normal shower. The rented space is an unheated attic, and the entire outer wall of the bathroom faces the outside, so it’s always freezing in there, and there’s no way to heat it. You can’t shower in warmth because the room itself is icy cold, and the shower temperature can’t be adjusted to stay warm. The next problem was the cold in the living space. To heat it, you need to turn on the heater and wait for one of the two rooms to warm up. Heating both rooms at once isn’t possible because of electrical load limits - you can only use one AC unit. The AC also has to be turned off every time you leave the apartment. So each time you come back, you have to wait quite a long time for the room to warm up again, and also to heat the water. At night we slept under two blankets, and in the middle of the night we had to get up to turn off the AC because it was noisy. There was a heater running in the large room, but it couldn’t heat the entire space. On the last day Tanya brought us a floor heater, which made things a lot easier. But these are not the conditions you expect when you pay over $70 per night in Tbilisi. For that amount, we could have booked a great hotel, but we wanted to spend New Year’s in a cozy home setting. Hospitality is nice, but it is an additional perk. It's not enough to cover the cost of everything you need to live comfortably, such as facilities and appliances. It pains me to write this review, since Tanya is such a kind person, and I’m grateful for what comforts and help she provided.

Beautiful home away from home on the heart of Tbilisi

+ This was more than a room in Tbilisi, it felt like visiting family! The flat is spacious, comfortable and in a great location, by far the coolest area i’ve seen in Tbilisi. The flat has its own entrance via a lovely garden, and Tatiana the owner is so lovely, the eponymous of great Georgian hospitality
