Spacious and comfortable rooms in a convenient location, but the noise and poor breakfast affected our stay
+ The room was spacious, comfortable and very pleasant. We really liked the size of the room and the overall interior. The location is convenient for exploring Istanbul and there are many restaurants and cafés nearby
− The breakfast was very disappointing and extremely limited. It was the first time I actually felt reluctant to go down for breakfast during a hotel stay. The food was already portioned and placed on plates rather than presented properly, which made the breakfast feel quite basic.

+ the good things : - staff is helpful & friendly - 1 min from the taksim square( like most of the hotels there) but some of them had bad attitude.
− just checked out today 13 sep 2026 now the real review. not the type of room you'd pay almost 600$ for it. junior suite 4 nights. -you re sitting above a taxi parking all night honks and screaming especially that the windows sound proofing is non existent. - the rooms are dirty. we checked in late night. i go to the room lift the blanket and there is hair from the previous guest the sink is leaking even tho i told them they didnt fix anything. the towels are stained. the couches are stained. ( even when the cleaning people came and we were in the room they cleaned the rooms in 5 min ) the bath is all moldy we even found hair ties from the previous guest in the kitchenette the breakfast is mid when we went to the breakfast 1 hr before it closes there was no more bread and the guy told us thats all we have. good for a quick stay if u just want to sleep and leave. dont go for the suite not worth it. better options are available ( i come to istanbul twice a year and never had this much of a bad experience in a hotel room )

+ 空港からのバスの駅からとても近く、安くておいしい料理が得られやすい場所にあり、ホテル自体も清潔で快適。スタッフのかたがたはとても親切でフレンドリー。
− 特になし。 あえていえば重たい荷物があるときに出入り口の前の階段がすこし大変ですが、でも、スタッフのかたがたがすぐに気づいて助けてくれましたので、問題などなく感謝しかありません。

Sehr sauber, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück und eine hervorragende Lage – insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthal
+ Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und abwechslungsreich. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die sehr gute und zentrale Lage.
