+ My son loved the entire concept! The tent was amazing.

+ We had booked a premium stay at T-Rex Glamping with a private plunge pool and were genuinely very excited about the unique experience and access to the parks. Unfortunately, due to adverse weather conditions and closure of Dubai Parks, our booking could not be fulfilled as planned and we were relocated. While this was understandably disappointing, especially for our children, I must highlight that the T-Rex Glamping team handled the situation very professionally and responsibly. They ensured a smooth relocation to an alternative hotel and remained supportive throughout. Importantly, the team also committed that once the parks reopen, we can reconnect with our original booking reference and they will arrange park access for our family. This reassurance was highly appreciated and reflects their strong customer care approach. Although we missed the actual glamping and park experience this time, we truly value their effort to make things right. We are very much looking forward to returning soon to experience T-Rex Glamping as originally planned. A special thanks to the team for their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

− The fact we could not go to the parks, and they dont give you an option for refund. No communication from Dubai Parks informing us prior to stay that the parks were closed

+ There were interactive programs for the kids which we really enjoyed, every corner has mini playground, we loved the outdoor movie theater with bonfire and of course the tent (we stayed in megapod) had comfortable bedding and nice bathrooms.

− Just few fix needs to be done and maintained like the fridge was broken and my nanny and son got a minor cut, 2 chairs with broken leg so we had to keep it away for safety.

− The wait for the buggy after the parks 35 mins just trying to keep the kids occupied whilst tired was hard work would of walked but to far with baby

− The breakfast is could better It was very cold inside tha tent and was difficult to fall asleep

Amazing for kids to play and enjoy

+ Everything was amazing the tent and alot of activities gor the kids, and they gave us vouchers to use on river land.

− It was a bit hot some area were Ac cant reach, i al wondering how it will be on summer
