Amazing!!
+ Everything was amazing I liked my stay over there stayed for 6 nights not a single problem They are all friendly and super nice highly recommend 👌 Breakfast was amazing 👏 great service they really helped with my 8 months baby
− Room service food (they need to work on it) might be my taste but it was not the best food😅😅 The lobby is little small but cozy 🥰

Beyond amazing
+ We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Swissotel Tbilisi. Huge thanks to Mariam (reception desk), Tako and Alexander (Olives restaurant)! We felt taken really good care of. We loved Swissotel so much that we extended our stay. The room we were given was very spacious, quiet, stylish and modern. The lighting in the room and in the whole hotel is very well thought through. Our mini bar was refilled every day free of charge. Amazing room service with delicious food and super professional service. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations massively. I would suggest you try the afternoon tea in the lobby. For only 49 GEL you get such a great variety of delicious sweets and cakes and a glass of champagne. Very well equipped gym with the very knowledgeable private fitness instructor on site (free of charge!). The spa is very nice, too - with a sauna, a steam bath, a salt sauna, a jacuzzi and a 15m swimming pool.

Exceptional
+ 10 out of 10, the best hotel in Tbilisi, for sure. The design is so thoughtful, calm, modern yet cozy, you feel like you're in the woods cabin in the Swiss Alps but super modern. The colour scheme matches the trees outside and the moss on the park. The timber work (doors, panels, cabinets, lamps and chairs) is a masterpiece. The staff are super professional and friendly, always looking for the opportunity to help. The front desk girls, Olive restaurant staff, the cleaners and housekeeping team, breakfast team and the spa front desk girls - huge thanks. You couldn't have done more! We've extended our stay because when you're in paradise you don't want to leave, right?

+ חוויית אירוח נפלאה – מומלץ בחום! צוות המלון היה קשוב, אדיב ונכון לסייע בכל עת. החדר היה גדול, יפה, נקי ושקט. ספא חופשי וכולל בריכה, ג'קוזי ומגוון חדרי סאונה ייחודיים (כולל סאונת מלח וסאונת קרח). במהלך האירוח חגגנו יום הולדת עגול, והצוות הפתיע במחווה מרגש בחדר: בלונים, עוגה, שמפניה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וברמה גבוהה, וחדר האוכל עם נוף מקסים של העיר. הלכו לקראתנו ברוחב לב גם בזמני הצ'ק-אין והצ'ק-אאוט. חוויה מצוינת מכל בחינה – מומלץ בחום!

Felt like a star. Super relaxed, spa is SO WORTH IT. Glad its part of the price.
+ The staff are absolutely amazing here. Super friendly and helpful. I feel like many places in tbilisi give a vibe of being annoyed or unwilling to help but everyone who worked at this hotel were super friendly. The Olive restaurant was superb with one of the most excellent food services and dishes. Loved it. Its a must try. The spa facility is AMAZING. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. I loved this experience.
− I had a slight hiccup with the shower as it flooded quickly when in use, but I was happy that the hotel tended to it immediately and brought many towels to help and have someone check the drain. Also hot tip is do not leave you luggage open and on the floor because there were quite alot of ants around. Im assuming this is usual in tbilisi?
