The room was the only questionable part of the stay. I don’t expect it to be luxurious, but it’s definitely pretty worn out to some extent.

Very good value for a mega resort

The resort grounds, family friendly (stroller access lots of ramps), multiple pools, shaded pool area, slides, lots of sun loungers available. The FOOD and the buffet was top quality, the service at buffet, Starbucks on site included, multiple bars, unlimited soft serve ice cream at the beach bar. Snack bars had good food. The entertainment in the square and ampitheatre during the evening.

The bathrooms were really small for a family. The AC sometimes would let smoke in every day which isn't ideal with a baby. Dinner can get quite busy and food can sometimes be cold, I would recommend just waiting until it's been freshly put out. No table service near pool / beach. Would have preferred more variety of snacks in the minibar and better toilet amenities for a 5 star resort.

An Excellent Family Stay at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very family-friendly. The facilities, pools, restaurants, and entertainment options were excellent, and there was always something to enjoy for both adults and children.

The only unfortunate incident during our stay was that some of my wife’s clothes went missing from our room during housekeeping. This was very disappointing and upsetting for us, especially because we had otherwise experienced such excellent service throughout the hotel.
I would like to emphasize that I believe this was an individual incident and does not reflect the outstanding level of service, hospitality, and professionalism that we experienced from the hotel and its team. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and investigates it to prevent anything similar from happening to other guests in the future.

A fantastic family holiday with loads to do, great facilities and plenty of brilliant memories made

We had a brilliant stay. The hotel is fantastic for families, with so much for children to do and a great atmosphere throughout. My son absolutely loved the pools, slides and activities, which meant there was never a dull moment! The grounds are beautiful, the choice of food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. We made some fantastic memories here and my son was genuinely gutted when it was time to leave.

The hotel is a little far from the main strip, so we needed to get a taxi when we wanted to venture out. Other than that, there really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
