A wonderful, freshly renovated hotel in a perfect location, made truly special by the exceptionally

+ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suvenir Hotel and would happily choose it again when visiting Baku. From the very beginning, Nijat at the reception was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The managers, Nigar and Nadin, were also very attentive and made us feel that they genuinely cared about our comfort and wanted everything to be perfect for us. The hotel has been newly renovated and it really shows: everything feels fresh, stylish, spotless and pleasantly scented. The rooms are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The location is fantastic as well – right in the center, close to everything you need and many of Baku’s main attractions. We were also happy to hear that, inshallah, their restaurant in the basement will open in October. We are sure this will make the hotel even more special. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and hospitality. We wish them lots of success for the future. We can wholeheartedly recommend Suvenir Hotel to anyone visiting Baku. A truly lovely place with wonderful people!

An absolutely wonderful small hotel in the magnificent old city with the nicest people working there

+ My husband and I had an amazing stay at Suvenir hotel. All the positive reviews are absolutely true. The location is absolutely outstanding, with the beautiful old Baku being right outside your door. The Maiden Tower is 15 seconds walk away. At the same time, it was quiet and safe. The staff are absolutely wonderful, we felt like we were visiting our family - that's how welcome they made us feel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel welcome and get around easily.

+ One of the most important things for me is cleanliness, and both the hotel and our room were spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The service was amazing, we truly felt at home. The staff was welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, supermarkets, the boardwalk, and weekend entertainment all just a short walk away. Everything you could need is nearby!

+ The guy from the reception ( pasha? ) Was so friendly and helpful and nice. I got anything I needed. Anything I wanted. Help carrying my suitcase etc. huge room. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Very good AC . And so cheap !
