+ I’ve stayed in this building plenty of times and really like it, plus I’ve been a Superhost guest for years. This apartment is in a great spot and has a view, but the actual view from this side isn't great., The staff are great as always, checking in and out is super easy, and Mr. Somar was incredibly kind and helpful.

− They didn't mention that the place was super noisy because of the Dubai Mall construction and the renovations next door. The door wouldn't even shut properly, and the inside looked like it hadn't been touched in years, especially with all the old mold in the wet areas.

Disaster

+ It was a hotel apartment not served by the reception or concierge

− The hotel apartment was old and run down and should not be rented out or listed on booking.com The bed was too hard I was sleeping on the couch everyday lighting is poor cz no side lamps next to bed non the kitchen machines was working boiler toaster coffee machine everything etc

Fair

+ Location was good just because its near my office.

− Host charged me 100 dhr just for late check in. (11.30 pm). No detailed fotos were on the property description.

Bad

+ Only location good

− Very old furniture .view not good .

Exceptional

+ I liked everything, specially the proximity to Dubai mall that made everything easier for shopping and cooking at home.

راحت و بی‌دغدغه

+ اول از همه می‌خواهم از آقای Somar بابت مهربانی‌شان تشکر کنم که اجازه دادند خیلی زودتر از موعد چک‌این کنم. واقعاً از اینکه تا این حد به من خوش‌آمد گفتند، قدردانی می‌کنم. موقعیت مکانی هتل عملاً داخل Dubai Mall است؛ با یک پیاده‌روی کوتاه به همه چیز دسترسی دارید. خیلی لذت بردم که توانستم از سوپرمارکت Waitrose خرید کنم و در خانه آشپزی کنم.

− مبلمان کمی قدیمی و تا حدی گرد و خاکی بود، اما در مجموع تمیز بود.

− خدمات نظافت انجام نشد.

ناامید شدم!

+ ساختمان بسیار قدیمی است، وسایل کهنه هستند و سقف چکه می‌کند؛ اصلاً نباید از این ملک استفاده شود یا کسی در آن اقامت کند. نیاز به یک بازسازی اساسی دارد. تنها نکته مثبت این ملک، موقعیت مکانی آن است.

− مبلمان قدیمی، سقف چکه می‌کرد، حمام هم خیلی قدیمی بود و بقیه چیزها.

موقعیت مکانی عالی، بسیار تمیز، ارتباط عالی با میزبان.

+ میزبان، Somar، خیلی مهربان بود، به تمام پیام‌ها در واتس‌اپ پاسخ می‌داد و موقع رسیدن منتظرم بود.

− پرده دوش حمام کوتاه است و مجبور شدم از حوله اضافه استفاده کنم تا آب به بیرون نپاشد؛ مهمان‌های قبلی هم همین نظر را داشتند، باید فکری به حالش بکنید.
