+ It was so clean and comfortable ….

− The food: There was a lot of food at the buffet, but most of it was only to show, and I couldn’t really find much that I could eat or enjoy. The menu definitely needs more work, and the quality of the food needs to be improved as well. Maybe it’s because I’m coming from Lebanon, where we have very good food, so it’s difficult for me to accept average quality. In particular, the mashed potatoes definitely need improvement in terms of taste—they were lacking something… As for the activities, they were very weak. You really need to work more on the parties and shows.

Great holiday

+ It was a nice hotel, lots of entertainment and things to do, the staff are friendly and I think overall it was good value for money with the discount we received.

− I wouldn’t call it ultra all inclusive, alcoholic drink choices were limited and the buffet was good but some nights a bit repetitive.

− On our check out day, altough we emailed them before our trip that we will have to stay at the hotel until at 6pm in order to leave for the airport, the hotel manager cut our bracelets, denying us access to the pool and the hotel’s facilities. She said she doesn’t care about what the staff agreed via email, that the rules changed starting today -.- they asked us 50€ per person for the pool access. It’s the first time a hotel denies us basic facilities like pool or shower after the proper check out. Not friendly at all!

We enjoyed our stay very much. I can recommend this hotel despite few cons.

+ The hotel itself is amazing, you can tell it is still new, no major problems with furniture. Beds are comfortable, towels changed daily, minibar was restocked daily too. Great location, not so far from the beach. Beach is lovely, cleaned, private pavillions are awesome. The lady preparing the pancakes was so nice and smiling. Breakfast was really great. We appreciated the starbucks coffees. Pool was clean and water in October was really fresh. Management of the hotel was always smiling and ready to help.

− Most of waiters were probably already exhausted and annoyed. The only bar opened during and after dinner was the main one which caused long queue - I cannot imagine this during main season. The cleaning lady was nice but the cleaning itself needs an improvement. Glass doors in the room have already been dirty before our stay, tiles in the bathroom too. Food was not our cup of tea but I had similar experience in different hotel in Turkey so probably it is just the national cuisine. It was properly cooked but the taste was plain and the meals were repetitive. Despite that, we were happy with it. Gym was a bit smelly and small.. In the end of the season, there was no foam parties, the program was poor.

− Food variety can be improved. The spa staff push you too hard to get a message every time you go get towels which became really annoying towards the end.

− Only we just await check in 1hour. But doesn’t matter we are really enjoyed.

+ clean, comfortable room. good restaurant that is open until 05:00 in the morning. beautiful spa area, good massage therapists. I recommend everyone to visit

− I didn't like the reception, I was moved to a room that was being renovated. I was checked into my room for the next day. did not like the bartenders at the bar
